India is host to more than 1300 hundred species of birds and with addition of sub species the figure goes to more than 2000 species. Hence the country has about 13 percent of the World bird species.

India is a vast and diverse country with amazing biodiversity and geological features. The habitat variation is amazing from high altitude snow clad Himalayas and densely forested mountains of Western Ghats to cold deserts of Leh & Laddakh to fertile plains and tropical forests. The desert of Thar and Little Rann of Kutch and coastal regions are habit to host of amazing bird species in India.

Because of such large varieties of bird in India bird watching tours have become popular. Many birding spots as Bharatpur wetlands, tiger reserves and wildlife sanctuaries are frequented by birders from all over the World.

One of he most popular North India tour for birding comprises of Bharatpur bird sanctuary in Rajasthan, Chambal river sanctuary in Uttar Pradesh, Sat Tal and Pangot and Corbett tiger reserve in Nainital District. Kanha Birding

Very well know for tiger safaris Kanha is slowly becoming a hot birding destination in India. The park has an area of approximately two thousand square kilometer and i situated in the state of Madhya Pradesh in India. In my opinion it is the best park to visit on a tiger safari and wildlife watching trip.

On my recent trip in winters I could sight some exciting birds near the hotel in Kanha where i was staying. The hotel is surrounded by lush green tropical forests. This makes it a wonderful habitat for birds. Standing near the edge of the forest I could see Orioles, flyctachers like Ultramarine and Red Breasted fycatcher, Iora, Racket tailed drongos, flower peckers, purple sunbird, gold fronted chloropsis and many more.

The core area of the park is home to plaenty of birds like grey francolin, paradise flycatcher, Indian scimitar babbler and white rumped shama. The most visible raptos are Honey buzzard, White eyed buzzard, Crested serpent eagle and Crested hawk eagle.

The best time to visit Kanha National Park in India on birding trip is winters when visitors come. The migrants such as warblers, flycatchers and ducks increase the number of birds to be seen. There are more than two hundred and sixty bird species to be seen in the tiger reserve.

Wish to throw a party or a wedding recepetion banquet than knwo a few things. Although the professional wedding caterer will be of tremendous help in organizing your banquet but then you still have to have some idea of event organization in your mind. Another reason may be that you may or may not hire a profesional caterer.

Many people hire a well located banquet hall and arrange and manage the catering service themselves. Self catering is a difficult job even if you order the food service you still have to hire the wait staff and manage. Hence it is advisable that for large banquets, one should hire a caterer and consult the planners in the company.
Whence you decide to organize a banquet you should first keep the occassion in mind. Is it a formal wedding ceremony or corporate dinner? Is it a funfilled victory celebration that has made you to offer a party?
